As a custom home builder for the past 15 years, we have worked hands on with our trades.  As well as overseeing the general construction of our new homes, we work closely with our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.  Over the years, we have kept abreast of changes in these areas, know the ins and outs of the systems, and know what to expect (and inspect) from their performance long after the home owner has taken possession of their new home. 

Andemeron Home Inspections provides thorough and complete home inspections.  We conduct inspections as if our family were to live in the home.  We inspect on what the State of North Carolina requires, which is described in every report. It is very important that the client be present while the inspection is conducted.  Most deficient items are easily remedied with little cost. We do not talk in technical terms, but instead explain what each component does in simple language, and what needs to be done to correct the situation.

Our goal is to give our client the most accurate information needed to make one of the most important purchases of their lives.  Again, if the client is present, the better understanding they will have of their new home.  This also allows us to pass along items that are not required in the report, but can be useful in common upkeep of their new home.
